One of the health problems that the world is facing now is the issue about this deadly disease called AIDS or also known as HIV. It was estimated that more than forty million worldwide are living with this kind of disease and twenty five million have died from this disease. AIDS stand for Acquired Immunodeficiency Deficiency Syndrome, this virus is causes by infection of the human immune system and manifest when the virus has destroyed in the immune cell. Those people with this kind of disease have weakened immune system; they are more prone to infections called opportunistic infections. Some people who were infected with this virus do not notice it immediately.
This infection is commonly diagnosed by blood tests. There are three primarily test that commonly used:
(1) RNA Tests
(2) HIV antibody tests
(3) Test that detects both antibodies and a piece of the virus called the p24 protein.
Symptoms of aids is caused by the deterioration of the immune system, as soon as HIV enters the body, it will begin to destroy these cells. There are people experience signs and symptoms as soon as they were affected, while others are not. Here are the initial aids symptoms:
Fever
Headache
Tiredness
Nausea
Diarrhea
Enlarged lymph nodes in the neck, armpits or groin

Diarrhea that lasted more than a week
White spots, blemishes on the tongue
Pneumonia
Depression and other neurological disorders.
